Broadwater Shores Apartments offer an affordable and relaxing holiday experience on the popular Runaway Bay Broadwater. Treat yourself to a stay in our two or three bedroom spacious self-contained apartments. All apartments are equipped with:

- Open plan living/dining area
- Balcony
All of our three and a half to four and a half star, self-rated Gold Coast Broadwater apartments in the Tower have a private balcony (the 3 bedroom apartments have much larger balcony areas) where you can sit back and enjoy the views of Runaway Bay and environs.
The Villa is near the street entrance, with balconies overlooking the gardens and one pool area that don’t have Broadwater views. It is in a 3 level walk up building at the front of the property, whereas the Tower is at the rear on the waterfront.
Please note: Not all units have air conditioning. We enjoy great breezes here right on the water’s edge, however if you particularly wish to have air conditioning, please mention this in your special request section at the time of booking.
2 Bedroom Villa – Budget (Not Waterfront Accommodation)
These budget option, comfortable original condition Villas are perfect for families, friends or those looking for a stay where they are not concerned about having a view of the Broadwater from their apartment or a cheaper stay.
2 Bedroom Apartment
These apartments are comfortable and enjoy terrific water views but lack a luxury internal feel. With modern kitchen and bathrooms and separate fully equipped laundry, guests are able to enjoy these benefits at a lower rate.
2 Bedroom Deluxe Apartment
Our 2 bedroom deluxe units have been renovated. All have air conditioning. Some have timber look flooring which is soft underfoot, others are tiled or carpeted. They feature an ensuite and main bathroom with walk in showers and all have large, wrap around balconies.
2 Bedroom Deluxe Penthouse
Our two bedroom Deluxe Penthouse apartment has been renovated and most furniture is near new. It has very spacious living areas with superb views to Surfers Paradise.
3 Bedroom Apartment
Our 3 bedroom standard units have renovated kitchens and are of a good standard, clean and comfortable for those guests requiring more space for the larger group or family.
3 Bedroom Deluxe Apartment
Our 3 bedroom deluxe units have all been renovated. They are spacious and great for the larger group or family. Each has the same floor plan and position in the building but has a different look with different floorings/kitchens/bathrooms and ensuites.
3 Bedroom Deluxe Penthouse
This recently refurbished 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Penthouse apartment has a spacious living area with views across the Broadwater and balconies with additional views to the south as well as the Hinterland to the West.
