Any time you need to relax, our onsite resort amenities offer every opportunity to wind down, soak in the sunshine and bond with loved ones. From the moment you arrive for your holiday in our Gold Coast Broadwater accommodation, our facilities here at Broadwater Shores are everything you’ll expect from a luxury resort and are fully exclusive to all staying guests.
Pool & Spa
The sparkling swimming pools of our Gold Coast Broadwater accommodation offer hours of lazing around in the sun or swimming with family or friends. We have 2 outdoor unheated pools (one situated by the Broadwater edge) and a refreshing outdoor cold water spa pool.
Barbecue Area
Our Northern Gold Coast accommodation provides an alfresco dining area with electric barbecue. There are also electric barbecues in the park across the bridge with a playing area and plenty of cover for those warmer days. The sand is a popular place for the little ones to play and is easily accessed alongside the park.
Saunas
The Broadwater Shores Apartment saunas are a favourite among guests who simply wish to unwind or to follow up after exercise. The invigorating effects of a sauna are a great addition to those holiday activities.
Tennis Court
Guests are able to use the full sized tennis court on site and are welcome to use the supply of tennis rackets and balls kept at reception.
Tour Desk
Our friendly and approachable tour desk staff are happy to help you plan your beach holiday. Check out the options and top destinations for dining, swimming or for any of the multitude of activities offered on the Gold Coast. We can organise airport transfers, dinner bookings, car hire, tours and theme park tickets.
Free Parking
There is free secure parking for guests at Broadwater Shores, with each apartment allocated 1 parking space in our basement car park.
Reception
Visit our reception during our office hours for assistance.
Our hours are: 8:30am until 4:00pm Monday to Friday and 8:30am until 10:00am Saturday. The office is closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Check in arrangements and information are made available for any out of hours arrivals. If you will be arriving out of office hours please ensure the office has a contact mobile number and/or email address so that you can be contacted with any arrival information you may require.
In Room Inclusions
Foxtel with 100+ channels is in all units, and free WiFi is available on the ground floor. We also have a coffee machine available, if requested, with guests supplying their own pods.
There are also a limited number of WiFi devices available for guests upon request. A $100 refundable bond is payable on receipt, plus a small charge for unlimited data of $10 per weekend or $15 per week. Long stays negotiable.
