Broadwater Shores Apartments offer an affordable and relaxing holiday experience on the popular Runaway Bay Broadwater. Treat yourself to a stay in our two or three bedroom spacious self-contained apartments. All apartments are equipped with:

- Fully equipped kitchen & laundry facilities
- Open plan living/dining area
- Balcony
All of our three and a half to four and a half star, self-rated Gold Coast Broadwater apartments in the Tower have a private balcony (the 3 bedroom apartments have much larger balcony areas) where you can sit back and enjoy the views of Runaway Bay and environs.
The Villa is near the street entrance, with balconies overlooking the gardens and one pool area that don’t have Broadwater views. It is in a 3 level walk up building at the front of the property, whereas the Tower is at the rear on the waterfront.
Please note: Not all units have air conditioning. We enjoy great breezes here right on the water’s edge, however if you particularly wish to have air conditioning, please mention this in your special request section at the time of booking.

 | Two Bedroom Deluxe ApartmentOur 2 bedroom deluxe units have been renovated. All have air conditioning. Some have timber look flooring which is soft underfoot, others are tiled or carpeted. They feature an ensuite and main bathroom with walk in showers and all have large, wrap around balconies. |
