We arrived late at night with no booking, the managers had no issues in accommodating us, very helpful polite and understanding! Our 4 day stay turned into a 8 night stay! They were understanding and empathetic to our needs, even moving people around to accommodate us, the room was high of standard and very family friendly, highly recommended. Brace yourselves we will he back, thanks heaps for everything.
